Try amazon or ebay. If not, I’m sure a lot of stores will restock right before Christmas. See if you can get a raincheck from Best Buy or whatever stores you have near you.

online, people buy the wii’s and sell them. look on ebay for a wii (that includes all of the features your looking for) in either its original packaging, or a patent- promise tht it is in good condition with lots of pictures for proof.

The Wii’s are going to be sold out right now because everyone wants to get the Wii for a birthday present. So, you’re probably not going to find any Wii’s at the store.
What you can do is ask if you can speak to a manager and see if you can get them to reserve one for you, but you’re going to have to wait a while; maybe a month or so for the next shipment.
Another thing you can do is go to Amazon.com and you’ll find the Wii cheaper in general. You can then spend the money you saved on shipping so you’ll get the Wii for the same price.

Be patient. What you can do is call stores like Target, Walmart, etc. and ask them when they get them in. I know Target gets them in on Sunday’s in south eastern WI but you have to be there when they open to get one. They are still selling out 30 minutes after the store opens.

At $250 you are going to have to wait I’m afraid. I can get good discounts, but the cheapest I could get it for you is going to be in the neighborhood of $310 if you want it now. Maybe someone will pony up for xmas?

Call up your local stores and find out when they’re getting their next shipment. That’s how I bought mine - I called up toys r us, got on line before the store opened and I got one without a problem.
Amazon also has this thing where you can sign up for text message alerts for when they have them in stock.

Well, Ive never seen one for $250, I really dont know why they even give a list price because nearly all the Wii’s are bundled and sell for more. In all honesty though, it is much better to get a bundle because you get all the stuff you really need cheaper, like an extra wii mote and nunchuck, a gamecube controller, and usually a decent game like Super Mario Brawl is included. Now you can even get a wii fit board with the bundle, so depending on what kind of gamer you are, it can be a good deal.
